Our 24 hour control centre demonstrates our investment in technology to ensure that we receive data as quickly and efficiently as possible. This allows interaction with our clients and results in an average response time of 36 minutes in our operational area.
Our controllers have a wealth of knowledge in the local and UK road network. Mappoint and Autoroute are used to locate the locations as quickly as possible. resources required for the job to be despatched accurately and without delay.
All workstations are equipped with e-mail and internet access.
All of our front line rescue vehicles are fitted with tracking which enables us to monitor their real time position.
Tears Recovery vehicles are fitted with Masternaut real time vehicle tracking & scheduling technology to assist our control centre in the management and service requirements of our customers .
